David Wust of Huntington Honored by Huntington University for Achievements this Year

David Wust of Huntington, IN, was honored by Huntington University's Adult Degree Programs at Commencement, May 12, for achievements during the year.

Wust, who graduated with an Associate of Arts in Christian Ministry, was inducted into the Pinnacle and Spire honor societies during a luncheon for the students. The Pinnacle (four-year) and Spire (two-year) are honor societies that recognize non-traditional students of at least 23 years-old who have a minimum of a 3.5 grade point average and who have demonstrated leadership through community and/or church involvement.

Huntington University's Adult Degree Programs offers online and evening classes tailored to the schedule of working adults. Onsite classes are held one night per week, one subject at a time in Huntington and Columbia City, Ind. Classes also will be offered in Fort Wayne this fall. Through the Adult Degree Program, HU offers associate degrees in Christian ministry and organizational management in addition to bachelor's degrees in business administration, human resource management, not-for-profit leadership, marketing, accounting and nursing (RN to BSN). A 15-credit hour TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certificate is also offered in an accelerated format.
