Robin Ness of Huntington Honored by Huntington University for Achievements this Year

Robin Ness of Huntington, IN, was honored by Huntington University's Professional Programs at Commencement, May 18, for achievements during the year.

Ness, who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting was inducted into the Pinnacle and Spire honor society. The Pinnacle (four-year) and Spire (two-year) are honor societies that recognize non-traditional students of at least 23 years old who have a minimum of a 3.5 grade point average and who have demonstrated leadership through community and/or church involvement.

Huntington University's Professional Programs offers online and evening classes tailored to the schedule of working adults. Onsite classes are held one night per week, one subject at a time in Huntington, Fort Wayne and Columbia City, Ind. Through the Professional Program, HU offers associate degrees in Christian ministry and organizational management in addition to bachelor's degrees in business administration, human resource management, not-for-profit leadership, marketing, accounting and nursing (RN to BSN). A 15-credit hour TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certificate is also offered in an accelerated format.
